To take a break from the chaotic school life, we, the students of 3 Senior High School usually does on a daily basis, went to Bali! This is also our school annual event every year for 11th graders to introduce us to the rich Bali and Indonesia culture, and also to refresh our minds. On 17th March 2019, we assembled at Husein Sastranegara airport at 10 AM to take a plane to Bali. Our plane departed at 1 PM and arrived at Bali at approximately 3.40 PM, it was a 2-hour journey by plane. When we arrived there, we went straight to one of the restaurant called A'roma that is right by the beach. We should've went to Tanah Lot first, but because of the delayed plane, that plan is moved to the last day. On the way to the restaurant, I ride the bus number 3 because of my class number. At the restaurant, me and my friends took many photos and played around at the beach until all of our schoolmates arrived and it's time to have dinner. Unfortunately, because of a sudden rain in the middle of our meal, we were forced to move inside. From there, we went straight to our hotel, which is Quest Denpasar Hotel to check in and have a rest for the day.
The second day, 18th March 2019, we had breakfast at the hotel and then went to our first destination, which is Tanjung Benoa to do water-sport. Me and 6 of my friends ride the donut boat and the banana boat which is very very fun but also very draining. We took a bath there and went to our next destination, Pandawa Beach, Oh, we prayed first at Masjid Pudjamandala. At Pandawa Beach, me and my friends only took a few photos because of the scorching weather that is very uncomfortable for me that's really not a huge fan of hot and humid weather. After that, we went to Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue to take photos of the whole 11th graders. Lastly, we went to Devdan Show to watch a musical about the rich culture of Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke. The show is really fascinating and left a huge impression on me because of the way they efficiently showed all the culture in only 2 hours and the very impressive dance that they obviously practiced hard for. It was beautiful. At the end of the day, I was really tired because of the packed schedule, so we went straight to the hotel to take a rest.

19th March 2019, the third day, as usual we started by eating breakfast at the hotel then we went to Tirta Empul which is a holy spring and a very sacred place for the people there. We took photos there and strolled around. Next, we had a meal at Kintamani International Buffet which is one of the most delicious meal that I had in Bali, and also because of the cool weather, I really enjoyed it. Then we're headed to Panglipuran which is one the cleanest village in the world. The village is really really beautiful, it's very traditional and just straight up beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained so we can't stay there for too long and had to leave to the hotel to prepared for "La Boheme" Makrab which is a night that intended to bring the whole 11th graders together by doing many activities together. The theme for it is Bohemian so we all dressed up and enjoyed a whole lot of activities together. After that we all went to the hotel to rest and packed up to check out the next day.

Bedugul |
The last day at Bali, 20th March 2019, we had breakfast first then checked out of our hotel. Then we're headed to Kuta Beach to enjoy our free time there. Me and my friends went to Deus ex Machina that is located at Canggu. After that, we gathered again at Krisna, a souvenir shop and had lunch there. Aftr that, we went to Tanah Lot that's supposed to be scheduled for the first day. Because we went to Tanah Lot, we were the last one to arrive at Bedugul, our last destination at Bali. Then we went to the port to continue our journey back home to Surabaya, then from Surabaya, we ride the train back to Bandung on a 12-hour ride.
Bali was a very memorable experience for me and brought me closer with my friends. I would surely more than willing to go back there again with my friends.
